Yes. Submit the file along with a description of the problem or requested change.Focused3D will review the file and determine whether it can be repaired, modified, or recreated.

Yes, depending on the part and intended application.Focused3D may use measurements, photographs, scanning, CAD modeling, and physical samples to recreate suitable components.Parts involving regulated, certified, safety-critical, medical, aerospace, or other specialized applications may require outside engineering or may not be accepted.

When appropriate, Focused3D may provide a drawing, rendering, model, mockup, or prototype for approval before final production.The customer is responsible for checking dimensions, orientation, spelling, hole locations, fit, material, color, and other project details before approving production.

Quote timing depends on the complexity of the project and the completeness of the submitted information.Requests that include accurate measurements, quantities, photographs, files, material requirements, and intended use can usually be reviewed more efficiently.

Rush production may be available depending on the project, material availability, machine availability, and current workload.Contact Focused3D before relying on a rush completion date. Additional charges may apply.

No strict minimum applies to most projects.Focused3D accepts one-off prototypes, replacement parts, and low-volume production runs. Larger quantities are quoted based on material, machine time, labor, and project requirements.

Bulk or wholesale pricing may be available for larger quantities.Contact Focused3D with the product, quantity, required completion date, and any packaging or resale requirements.

Customer-provided original files remain the customer’s property.Unless a written quote or agreement says otherwise, Focused3D retains ownership of original designs, editable CAD files, manufacturing files, fixtures, methods, and improvements created by Focused3D.Purchasing a physical product does not automatically include the editable CAD or production files.
