Eligible standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery when they are unused or only carefully test-fitted and are returned with all included parts.A return must be approved by Focused3D before it is shipped back.Please review the full Returns & Exchanges Policy for complete requirements and exclusions.

Contact Focused3D within 7 days of delivery.Include your name, order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and affected area.Keep the product and packaging until Focused3D confirms they are no longer needed.

Contact Focused3D before returning the product.The customer is generally responsible for return and replacement shipping when the wrong size or option was selected.Products must meet the conditions listed in the Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Contact Focused3D as soon as possible.Standard orders may be canceled for a full refund when production or fulfillment has not started.Custom orders may not be refundable after design work, material purchasing, or production has begun.

Custom-made, personalized, modified, and specially fabricated products are generally not returnable once production has started.If Focused3D makes an error or the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate solution.

Focused3D will review products that arrive damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or with a confirmed manufacturing defect.Depending on the situation, the available remedy may include repair, replacement, missing components, exchange, or refund.Products damaged by improper installation, misuse, modification, overloading, severe weather, excessive heat, or use outside the published specifications may not qualify.
